Dental Radiology QA

A comprehensive quality assurance program for digital dental radiology should include every component of the imaging chain: x-ray source, x-ray receptor/sensor, and diagnostic display device. The goal of any QA program should be to provide digital radiographic images of the highest diagnostic performance with the lowest amount of radiation to the patient.

That is the goal of Dental Radiology QA

We provide a line of radiation measurement devices for the assessment of the x-ray source. This includes kVp, half-value layer, exposure time, dose, and dose rate.

We also provide a radiographic phantom for the assessment of the x-ray receptor/sensor. The assessment measures dynamic range, spatial resolution and contrast detail resolution.
